Flags of Formula 1

By the marshals:
Watch out! A car of the organisation, an ambulance, a fire-car or a slow driving participant on the track.
A faster driver is behind you. When this flag is being flourished: Let the faster driver pass you!
Watch out! Danger! Slow down! It is prohibited to overtake. When this flag is being flourished: BIG DANGER! Do not overtake! Be prepared to stop immediately!
The earlier indicated warning for danger has been withdrawn. Also: start of the warming-up lap or start of the training.
By the marshals, the referee or his assistant:
Watch out! Slippery track (e.g. sand, oil or water on the track).
Exclusively by the referee or his assistant:
All cars must stop racing. Drive slowly and carefully to the pits or to the start/finish line.
With this flag a number of a driver is shown. The driver mentioned has to stop at his pitbox during next lap. Often: disqualification.
With this flag a number of a driver is shown. Your car has a technical defect, which is dangerous for other drivers. Stop at your pitbox immediately.
Last warning for the driver who's number is shown (unfair driving).
